Detour Skate Initiative ("Detour", "we", "us") is an informal community effort based in the Ogden to Salt Lake City, Utah area. We are not a registered business or nonprofit. Our website is located at www.detourskate.org.
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when submitting a form through our website. This includes your name or preferred contact, contact information (email, phone, or social media handle), the equipment you are donating or requesting, your general location, and your responses to optional marketing consent questions.
We do not collect payment information of any kind. We do not accept monetary donations.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your equipment request or donation submission and to coordinate gear pickups or drop-offs. If you opted in to marketing communications, we may also send occasional updates about donation drives, events, and news related to Detour Skate Initiative.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.
Our forms are hosted by Tally. When you submit a form, your data is processed and stored by Tally in accordance with their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Tally's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location.
